Estimate and Consultation:  Henthorne Landscape provides no cost consultations to customers in the Columbus metro area.  A typical meeting includes an assessment of the existing property, overview of design objectives, as well as budget and scheduling projections.  A quick, on site sketch and materials samples can also be provided. This free initial consultation is followed by a cost estimate at no additional charge.  Appointments can be scheduled for evenings or weekends for anyone busy during the work week. Very often, much of the ground work can be laid prior to meeting, feel free to use the form to the left to send any preliminary requests regarding your project. 

Design:  Not every job requires a tube full of blueprints but it is good to have some kind of visual aid to prevent surprises. For simple projects a quick sketch or just some marking paint on the lawn will suffice. For more complex jobs, scaled drawings are neccessary. We will gladly use plans provided by the client and are also happy to provide design services when needed. Design fees vary depending on the complexity of the project but a quote will be provided during the initial consultation. A typical residential garden design will run $100 -$200 and includes a scaled and labeled plan accompanied by a detailed plant and materials list. Customer input is always encouraged, the design process is an opportunity to firm up the budget and design goals at the same time.  

Installation:  Whether you are ready to break ground on a master plan years in the making or just want to expand on an existing garden, Henthorne Landscape is equipped to handle your project. We use only proven construction practices, tailored to each job. Whether your project requires heavy equipment or wheelbarrows and hand tools we will use whatever methods ensure finishing your project on time and with a minimal impact on the surrounding landscape. And we do not shun small jobs if you simply want to add an individual element such as a fire pit, built in grill or water feature to your existing outdoor living space. Henthorne Landscape is licensed, insured and registered with the state of Ohio and area municipalities. We will be happy to help you attain any permits or HOA approval needed to complete your project without any delays.  We prefer to keep everything in house, only subbing out tasks that we are not licensed to perform such as certain plumbing or electrical work.

Seasonal landscape services:  Get a jump on the upcoming growing season and contact us now to schedule a spring cleanup. During the spring months we offer all of the typical planting bed maintenance such as edging, weeding, and mulching, as well as shrub and perennial pruning. We also offer gutter and downspout cleaning with our spring cleanups for any customers that request.  Henthorne Landscape does not provide residential lawn mowing however we do offer some field mowing/bush hogging services in Delaware County. During the summer months, when conditions are most suitable, we provide paver patio and driveway maintenance and restoration. Cost for typical concrete paver cleaning and sealing is $1-$2 per square foot. In some cases, where weeds are prevalent, pressure washing, chemical application, and/or polymeric sand may be required.  And often times, patio and driveways suffering from settling can be repaired or leveled prior to sealing.
